Incorporated is a women-owned, veteran-owned, 8(a) (Native
American) certified small disadvantaged business, founded under
the leadership of Ms. Jan Guy (USMC retired), in February of
2000. P3I provides comprehensive, cost effective, and integrated
services to numerous Federal Government and commercial
customers. Since its inception, P3I has sustained continuous,
strong growth while always placing our Customers’ requirements
first. Our corporate business approach – Planning, Performance,
Process, and Innovative Solutions – is embedded in all P3I
activities and applied daily.
Beginning in 2000 with just four employees, P3I has grown to
over 200 full-time employees and holds over 20 contracts with
major operating sites throughout the United States. P3I has
strong ties to the Department of Transportation (DOT) through
the Volpe Transportation Center Information Technology
communities, as well as the Department of Defense (DoD)
Information Technology, Logistics, Acquisition, Operational, and
Training commands.
Further, P3I is a Software Engineering Institute (SEI) partner
providing CMMI® services. P3I is licensed by the SEI to provide
SEI Introduction to CMMI training and to provide SEI SCAMPISM
Appraisal Services.
